Great job, but could you please tell me your starting weight? I'm genuinely curious. Approximately 40 lbs in approximately 2 months is incredible.

I had probably ballooned up to about 280. Don’t really get on the scale much. It’s not like I needed to go see Dr. Now in Houston or anything, but I needed to get my shite in order. Stopped lying to myself and challenged myself to use this year when I turn 40 to get in the best shape of my life. I feel so much better that I don’t plan on slowing down any time soon. Drinking was a huge culprit and it’s amazing how little I miss it and how little I think about it anymore.
