I quit for a long time last year. Like 8 months. You feel great for like 2 months then you don’t feel different anymore and personally I had a lot of trouble with depression after the 2 months

I also didn’t get a 6 pack

I’m thinking it’s because the Irish have alcoholic receptors just like everybody else has nicotinic receptors and cannabinoid receptors in their brains

If I were you I’d take off the wine and switch to liquor because less calories

ETA: I’m sure I’ll get downvoted for this comment. Saying you like alcohol on this board is like saying you don’t want to get the Covid shot
