I’m thinking about talking to the truck bed liner place on the way home and see if I can get a fine mist put on it or if I should pick up the rattle can version.

I went through this a while back on a Sako Finnlight. I ended up having mine sanded then cerakoating it. It came out great, cost a lot less than buying a new wood or carbon stock.
