Pretty substantial in a league like the NFL where anyone can beat anyone one. Pretty sure basketball officials just make up fouls. Soccer has gotten better since VAR arrived in most leagues, but calling for a penalty kick is one of the most powerful calls in officiating. Don't know enough about baseball or hockey.
Any sports that don't involve in gambling.
