Yep if you follow that; at some point in Rhythm of War, you should be in complete shock. I still remember when I read that chapter when that secret is revealed. I dropped my Kindle and said WTF how can this be happening. That's when I realized I had missed something and figured out that I had forgotten to read Mistborn Secret History.
Instead of finishing RoW at that point, I stopped and read Secret History then finished RoW. If you read Secret History before RoW, the reveal is still surprising but not nearly as much.
If you follow my suggestion, please let us know your reaction.

Reading threads like this make me so excited to do a reread next year in prep for next stormlight lol. Let us know how WoR end goes. That and Oathbringer are top books I’ve ever read with Storm of Swords from game of thrones and memories of ice and Toll the Hounds in Malazan.
