First bar I ever went to was The Library on Chimes Street. They did not card ever.

After that I'd say The Bayou, The Chimes, The Art Bar.

One time at the Art Bar I was wearing a Soviet army winter coat, there were balloons everywhere and a dalmatian behind the bar. I was doing a lot of acid during that period of my life.

Eta and the Caterie a lot

We probably know each other.

The Library had two incarnations. It was on the corner of Chimes and Highland in the late ‘60s/early ‘70s. Burned up due to Italian lightning strike. Anselmo bought The Keg and Library regulars moved in there for awhile until he reopened The Library on Chimes west of The Bayou in the late ‘70s.
