Lotta people yammering about how the regulations should force a 90-minute delay to FP3 and qualy, but I have yet to see any official announcement, and we're less than an hour from FP3. ESPN has not changed their schedule.
Considering how Sainz got totally screwed by the regulations, you'd think they'd be sticklers for the regulation that says FP3 must start at least 18 hours after the end of FP2.

Ferrari saving soft tires, probably working on race setups and high fuel loads. I think this shows high confidence going into qualy.
