You’re basing that on what the accused rapists have stated. Hell, even the driver of the car, Carver I believe, stated he didn’t think the girl was capable of consenting to anything in her drunken state. He’s their friend and apparently thought what they were doing was wrong. Terrible he didn’t act on that feeling at the time.

You are contradicting yourself. You claim that women go to bars and get drunk so they can be taken advantage of. Now you are saying his friend wasn't interested. According to you, his friend absolutely wanted sex and he should have banged her.
