They were. But the DA referred their cases to the Grand Jury to increase the charges.

Can’t believe we haven’t heard a peep in two weeks, not the grand jury, not the local news, nothing. Do they think we will just forget about this ?

Ok. I’ve read the whole thread (or the parts that are readable.)
I still don’t understand the difference between first degree rape and third degree rape, and which one is charged with which.
Also, how come the guys who didn’t have sex with her are charged with rape?

I don’t easily get annoyed, but:
Clip seems to have one focus.
TogerFred seems angry.
Icing1968 is odd
JudeHolden is a know it all but seems to know some things.
HodsonTiger 13 may be hooked up to Chat GPT.
Jamacc2001 has an edge.
Alwaysatgr seems solid.
Proximo seemed strong early but I did not see him much later (although the last 100 pages are kind of a blur).
Chicken, the same.
Those are some that stood out. I wasn’t really looking at names a lot.
