The video shows that Alex was still at Moselle during the time frame that he said he had already left and was with his dying dad. It's also just a few minutes before the time of death. It ruins his alibi.

In that 62 page report, it was reported

So the phone was taken out of his back pocket but it was found on or near Paul. I wonder why? Was it left because it could have been tracked? Or was the killer trying to erase anything off it but couldn’t?
