I understand the rule and the slippery slope argument. What precedents does this set?
But overall this should be an exception to the rule.
I believe the LHSAA allows a HS coach to have 2 of their players on a non-school team. It's been a long time since I've had to know the rule but I used to coach HS and travel ball. Used that rule frequently.

During the school year? This isn't over the summer.
