Yeah, it’s always been the rule that you can’t transfer twice without sitting out, but then you get people like Justin fields who make up racism as an excuse to get a waiver. Fields waiver was before the one free transfer rule so it made it to where he didn’t have to sit out a season

This is not official. 1) it has to be passed by the members & 2) all the talking heads are saying it will never hold up to litigation, which will be all but automatic.
