My favorite is wunderground.
I use Wunderground for my precip and temp forecasts, but their radar only runs up to present time. I use accuweather app to view radar when I need to see a few hours out.

Wunderground for forecasts.
Storm Radar for general radar use.
Radar Scope for detailed radar use like tracking tornados, high winds, hail, etc.
PWS Monitor/Ambient Weather for my weather station because I'm a nerd.
Hurricane Tracker for tropical systems.
I wish there was a good app for model runs. I'd love to be able to look at the GFS, Euro, and short range models without fumbling through tropical tidbits or pivotal weather on my phone.

Carrot.
You can configure it to be almost identical to dark sky (that was my favorite too).

RadarScope is the best weather app Ive ever used.
Use wunderground for normal forecasting and current conditions.
Windfinder is excellent.

MyRadar and NWS observed weather at Lafayette Regional Airport (LFT) for hourly observations/temps.
I also like the WindFinder birds eye view for wind direction overlayed onto my mapped zip code, but prefer the WindAlert hourly wind forecast that goes out 7 days for planning my fishing schedule.
