This was me. I spent two days on the fricking bunny slopes with a coach. Pretty sure the dude wanted to kill me at the end of day one. Not sure what the disconnect was, but I just couldn’t do it. Easily the most frustrating thing I’ve ever tried to do. To make it even more deflating/Insulting/embarrassing is my son skiing backwards down the slope filming my dumbass trying to ski.
frick all that. Summer in the west is better anyway.

I was like this when my dad tried to teach me to drive stick.
I eventually snuck the car out and learned it on my own easily.
Disconnect is sometimes the teacher making shite sound more complicated than it actually is.
