He obviously changed somewhere along the line. That interview was definitely a clue.
He wasn’t dumb at lsu. He was pretty much a model citizen and would give pretty normal and coherent interviews.
But once he got drafted to the Raiders and started abusing codeine and not taking his film study seriously, he became a pretty dumb nfl qb.
