I wouldn’t order from locked and loaded. They are notorious for not delivering and when you want to cancel your order charge a 15% cancellation fee. Shitty CS.

Something tells me this is a scam. I want to believe, but this deal seems too good to be true...especially coupled with the Burris optic.

I read a lot but don't post much (obviously). I post more on 247 and on3 because recruiting is what I follow a lot. Worst case scenario is I file a dispute with my cc company if they don't send it to me.

Everywhere I’ve seen is the pistol alone is $399 with a $100 mail rebate. Something seems fishy with the OP’s link.

Locked and loaded doesn’t stock anything they sell. When they get an order they place that order with a distributor hence the 8-14 day shipping notice on their website. If you decide to cancel your order at any time they will hit you with a 15% cancellation fee. They charge your card as soon as you hit the order button. They can’t advertise on most reputable 2A sites like Ar15.com because their business practices are so shitty. I would stay away from ordering from them. Linked their BBB reviews below.

Multiple sites have been selling it for $299 before rebate (Simmons, PSA, Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore, etc) Gunprime.com has it for $299 right now but without the Burris. I just saw the deal posted today for the Burris included which makes it an awesome deal. I actually think it is a pricing mistake and am hoping they will honor it. Here it is on gunprime.com

PSA has it for $269 after the $100 rebate you’ll get it for $169. Better deal trusted site.

Beretta missed the boat with the APX carry. It’s a brick of a gun that only has a 6 rd capacity. You can spend a few more $$$ and get much better.

I agree there are better options. I carry a hellcat pro osp with a Crimson Trace RAD Micro Pro green with 16 rounds of HST +P in it. But if I can get the beretta with the Burris for $200 I won't be mad about it. It comes with a 6 round and 8 round magazine. Still a lot less capacity than the hellcat but also a lot less money.

Ordered on the 27th and got the tracking info this afternoon. Faster shipping than PSA for my RIA vrf14. Will post pics when I pick it up from my ffl. Comes with 1 8rd mag.
