What are you basing him being better next season on? In 4 seasons he hasn’t improved. He does not read defenses and waits until the receivers stop the routes before he throws the ball. Not to mention the sacks he takes because he doesn’t want to hurt his completion percent.

For a 3-game stretch he was the best QB in college football. Why is it impossible, with more experience, for him to replicate that success for a longer period?
