Traveling to Sydney in February with a friend. What would you recommend for two younger guys who enjoy being active and want adventure? (Already signed up for bridge climb)
I’ve been once before with my wife and the friend doesn’t want to do Operas/Botanical Gardens- the stuff I did with the Mrs last time there.
Would also love some good bar/restaurant recommendations.
Staying in The Rocks.

Head out into the Blue Mountains/Jenolan Caves. If y’all like outdoorsy stuff like that, you can’t beat it.
ETA: was checking the distance from Sydney (three hour drive), but found that the Jenolan caves are closed.
Blue Mountains would still be a great adventure, though.

I second the Blue Mountains. You can hire a private driver. Stop at the Featherdale Wildlife Park on the way. Take a cruise back to Sydney.
Bondi and Manly Beach (surfing or chilling)
Whale watching cruise
The Aquarium has a penguin exhibit (ride)
I would suggest dinner at Cafe Sydney.
The night time view is excellent
Do a pub crawl
I found the Opera House tour to be fascinating
