Punitive damages, not necessarily specific damages. There would be jurisprudence to refer to for guidance on the monetary range.

Naw, honestly I don’t know the answer to your query, not definitively. But it’s a decent guess. Probably not difficult information to find, unless you’re a little on the lazy side at the current time like me.

The federal government is Constitutionally forbidden from trying to impede the legal speech of US citizens. The violation of the First Amendment itself would be the "damage".
