FBI and other government entities engaged in behavior to chill, freeze, and censor, as well as manipulate public opinion. They did this during an election year, with a partisan flavor.

There are very few ways the FBI and other government entities could have done more to violate the 1st Amendment. Also, once Twitter and others in Big Tech went along, they became government actors and unless they can show coercion, I think they are on the hook for various forms of sanction as well.

This behavior is not just a violation of the 1st Amendment, it violates numerous laws and is a complete departure from a representative form of government, the ideas of self-governance, and is a mark of tyranny and fascism. It is a profound indicator of fascism and is very much aligned with there being an FBI office or computer terminal or whatever it was, in that law firm.

Lastly, if we can ever peel back the layers on this some more, I think it's likely we find a conspiracy and a detailed plan to put operatives of the IC into Big Tech, from their government jobs. This is a wholesale subjugation of civil rights and a complete betrayal of the nation. (don't forget, as a reward the FBI is getting something like $600M to build a new HQ building, in the new Omnibus)

Every elected republican should basically be saying what you have written, unequivocally.

They need to pummel these ratbastards in social media companies, msm,Demorats, and federal government agencies who have been involved in this insurrection.

EVERY DAY.

Not just any law firm, but Perkins Coie of former Marc Elias fame.
