You think that is stupid. One time doing work for the fed at a govt building, they wanted us to put a 100 gallon hot water heater up above the ceiling in the bathroom. frickIN REGARDED. Of course we talked the dumb sum bitches into putting it on the floor adjacent to the bathroom, so it can be easily worked on.
