Well maybe that's what your life looks like, but mine does not. Over half of upper management at my company are women and they come in all shapes and colors. In the past, there have been a few gay people as well. You are most certainly in a bubble.
Tell me you work in Louisiana in oil and gas without telling me you work in Louisiana in oil and gas.
