If you boot to a USB/DVD with Acronis True Image, it will clone the entire disk, retaining all Group Policies, etc., that your company set. Fire up the image in Hyper-V/VirtualBox.
Unless you work for an Indian company (I can't even change my f$* wallpaper now), you should be able to do this.
