Well its going to end soon ...if you follow whats happening with college football and basketball...On behalf of the USC football and basketball athletes the National College Players Association filed an unfair labor practice charge with the National Labor Relations Board against USC, Pac-10 and the NCAA back in Jan of 2022. The NCPA argued that college athletes should be considered employees and not Student-Athletes. The Los Angeles Region on Dec 15, 2022 agreed with the NCPA and the final ruling is coming soon and will change the landscape of NIL and once again the landscape of college football.
