I think most people understand it’s a business decision for the players. But at the same time, this is another symptom of the death of college football as we knew it. Maybe it was inevitable or maybe it was always a pro minor league. But now it’s in the open and it sucks.

I’d be fine if college football went back to being a club sport with no scholarships and no recruiting. I can watch the NFL when I want pros and corporatism.
