1) lose a little weight

Yes I’ve definitely done this. I started at about 268-270 and now down to 228ish. I’ve still got more I want to lose (would love to get to 220 with 10-12% body fat) and was hoping the running would get me there.

Like I said I can run for a while and no splints but when I get them they linger for weeks.
