Reading up:
Going into this season Oregon folks had high hopes for him. He underperformed this year at Oregon. Did very little on the stat sheet.
They were wondering why he didn’t develop this year. Was it a coaching issue or not?
LSU Coaches feel he was playing out of position at Oregon.

Swinson has huge potential in my opinion.
Lanning is a fantastic DC, but he hired Tosh at Oregon and from what I've seen thus far in Tosh's 1 year at UO, he can't develop for shite or run a halfway competent defense.
With the tools LSU has I think Swinson can end up being a dude. He made a fantastic decision.
