If it's the last tooth, it would not be able to restored with a bridge. Other options would be an implant or leave it alone. If you do leave it alone, you have to worry about the top tooth in the back on the same side not having something to chew against. That top tooth can start to come down over time without a "stop". In that case, you may need a retainer for the upper teeth to prevent it from coming down. Cheaper than an implant, but something you'd have to wear nightly.
