QB’s going forward.

What if you start jd5 at WR. With nuss. At Qb and every once and a while push JD5 to Qb

Hey Ohio state Qb’s did and both got drafted for better of the team he’s great dead to help on top end

I swear some of you guys really have never played sports. This has to be the 100th thread on this topic. Daniels is a QB. He came here to play QB. We have the best receiving corp in the conference, and possibly the nation. He's either the starting QB or he isn't. Lets let this one go.

It's really really simple and everybody can be happy.
JD5 goes to ATH which is what he should be. He keeps QB duties but also operates as WR/RB/hybrid type spot (think Taysom Hill with elite speed). You would use him alot in the red zone and on 3rd downs and would create a nightmare matchup for defenses.
Nuss takes over as QB1 and WH is free to win it from him. Rickie comes in and learns.
We'd be unstoppable on offense.

You bros who think that JD will be drafted into the NFL as a QB better think again.. and JD should start thinking about his impossible NFL draft status as a QB.
His draft status would be in the top two rounds instead as a speedy wildcat QB, RB or WR but not as a valid QB who can make all the passes required of NFL QB.
Think about it and if I was JD I would go to BK and tell him I want to make LSU have more offensive weapons and be willing to train for those positions which could result in a NC and being drafted high in the NFL draft

Let’s move Nuss to center so he can make all the calls, put Daniels at running back, and Howard at receiver. We just need to sign someone in the portal to play QB. Who says no?

With his speed and length, I think he could fill the void Trindon left at defensive end.

This is silly. Worse QB’s than Daniels get drafted every year for…..potential…..speed…..arm strength. Coaches look for players to develop from the 4th round on. It wouldn’t surprise me at all to see Daniels off the board in the 3rd round.

JD5 is not our best QB moving forward. He has his spots but he is limited when a team plays him short field

He’s our best QB. The reason I know he’s our best QB is because he won the job & even when he struggled he stayed in. I don’t know why y’all make this so hard.
