No, that’s not Gray’s thing… he thinks all coaches are infallible and should never be questioned, their decisions are never wrong.
Although history has shown time and time again that coaches, while it is their profession, have made the wrong personnel decisions before.
(Not saying that’s the case here, l think Kelly has done an awesome job, just pointing out Gray’s schtick)
