daniels QBR improved over the season then fell drastically during the arkansas/A&M/UGA games. the film finally caught up to him and the blue print was laid out how to stop him. he doesn't read zone defense well at all and has been sacked 43 times this year. some of those weren't his fault but a lot were.
88.1 avg QBR for Florida, ole miss alabama
53.6 avg QBR for arkansas, a&m, UGA
there has been a giant regression since the alabama game.
not an "NFL scout" by any means. just looking at the numbers.
for transparency here are nussmeiers:
as you can see, he hasn't really had much playing time since new mexico which he improved over his hellacious outing in the southern game. looking back it definitely seemed he was trying to do too much and pressed hard. the coaches deemed him not ready after that southern game and went with daniels.
