re: Anyone here experience Cluster Headaches?

I had them for years. They finally fizzled out. The only relief that I could get was to microwave water and a wash cloth as hot as I could stand it. Then apply it to your temple, above the ear, forehead. It will burn at first, but it will cut the searing pain for a few minutes. I would do that several times a day until the headache cycle retreated. This is the ONLY thing that worked for me.

Cluster headaches are the worst sustained pain I have ever experienced.
