I get them every couple of weeks. unbelievably painful.
Trigger for me is lack of sleep or disrupted sleep schedule. I am at my best with about 6 hours of sleep. Less is okay. More than 8 hours is literally priming me for a cluster to frick up the rest of my day.
I have a toddler so yeah its not easy to get the right amount of sleep all the time.
