I've read a few times on here that JD has the speed and size to be a WR in the NFL. One lights out season at WR and JD could get drafted high.

JD catching bombs from Russ. Wow.

If JD wants a future in the NFL then he should 100% move to WR

Why would you think that JD5 would be a better receiver than all the 4 and 5 stars on our team who have been playing the position their whole lives?

Makes literally zero sense.

No one is saying he would be better than all of our current receivers, just that he has a 0% chance to be an NFL QB but maybe a 5% chance to be an NFL WR

What makes you think he is a good WR?

I think he should try out at WR because he can’t be any worse at WR than he is at QB

I am a big Jayden Daniels fan and I hate to say it but he is not going to be a starting QB in the NFL. I would like to see him change positions and come back next year.

Ah

The guy who was getting 1st round projections as a freshman has a 0% chance to be an NFL QB...

He has a 0% chance to make the NFL as a WR and anyone saying he should switch is a fricking dumbass.

I'm still not sold on Nuss as an every-week QB. He looked good last week, but I've seen backup QBs come in and do well against teams that did not scheme for them and then trail off. The interception and the fumble were worrisome as well.

Having said that, I think if Nuss (or Howard) can play the QB well, I think JD would be great as an H back type. Can line up in the backfield sometimes, at TE sometimes, in the slot sometimes and at wide out some times. We know he can run, and we are not really flush at great runners right now.

This is probably someone’s kid posting, but if they’re both here next year that could be a fun redzone wrinkle… lots of trick plays possible out of that formation

I really don't understand why people keep saying this. Because Jayden runs well with the ball now he will be an elite pass catcher? You guys need to let this go. Daniels was the quarterback we needed this year given the lack of experience on the line. Moving forward that may not be the case, but Spring will give a good indication I would imagine. Nuss had a good night, still lacked some pocket awareness and threw another INT. No doubt he continues to show flashes of what could be. Get off the Daniels to WR kick please.
