As happy as I have been with the conditioning of this team, and IMO , its been superlative, there is no way with our lack of depth that the D doesn't wear down. We add some depth all around and we will be fine.

Easier said than done. Getting Maason Smith back would be huge, but the truth of the matter is that it's gonna require an upgrade in talent at several positions too.

Our DEs were not contain guys and our LBs lacked the speed to help. It's hard to be specific without shitting on players, so suffice to say that it's not just an issue of depth

Plenty of reasons to be optimistic, but for those that truly know what they're looking at, there's a lot of work to do, and matching this year's W/L performance next year should be where expectations end.

That won't be the case here.
