Wind Block Ideas

Added a garage and patio off the back of our house earlier this year. We also added a fire pit to the back of the house and have been using it with the colder temps.
One inadvertent issue we are running to to is that the house and garage have basically become a wind tunnel with the north winds in the winter.
Anyone have any ideas or recommendations on a retractable type of wind screen? It’s 10’6” from house to garage wall.

Have you looked into privacy screens for your gate? Not too expensive and should help restrict some of that wind. They can easily be rolled up when not needed

I just haven’t seen any that are wind rated. It’s a decent size span so I am worried about it ripping the mount/housing out of the brick.
