The demand should drive that need. If hypothetically 25% of people wanted to make that choice it would be a no brainer to do so.
For this situation, it’s a personal request that should be satisfied if possible. This should include parents finding donors etc.

Just for COVID vaccinated blood or are we creating vaccine markets where populations can have popular sovereignty over the blood supply? Because you could get some very odd markets that you don't ethically agree with (I need kid blood only! for you Cabalists out there. )
