I always forget that the following films were total bombs that no one went to see:
Happy Feet
Wall-E
And Avatar

None of these are a problem on their own. It’s that they’re the focus of the story for much of the film.
What?

I loved WALL·E. But it was not a climate change story. That was just the backdrop and it was more about corporate/political greed and the sheep they created.
Avatar is Pocahontas. It has absolutely nothing to do with the climate.
My point is that Disney added these pieces in order to preach to children. They do nothing for the actual story yet they become of the focus. Hence the bomb. Or do you have a different guess as to why it won’t do well?
