Put it in your sink in cold water for several hours. Make sure the water is cold. It will thaw out enough to cook.

This is the way, but to add to it, put it in the largest mixing bowl you have and leave water dripping over it overflowing the bowl in the sink. It will regulate the temp and speed up the thawing with the constant change in water. You can thaw a solid frozen bird in a few hours this way, and it's just as safe as 3 days in the fridge.

If your really worries, get a hacksaw and cut out the backbone to spatchcock it now.
