Yes two of the three were pluged into a power strip surge protector. I do not have a whole home sure protector on my box though

And nothing else is blown

In case some are not aware, not all power strips have surge protection. This is the is-it-plugged-in level of tech support.

Fyi, the protection component in surge protectors can eventually fail even to small surges. Good surge protectors won't provide power if the protection component is dead. They usually have an led indicator that protection is active.

If you're not sure your surge protector is actually good, I'd replace it. I'm a fan of the tripp lite ones.
