who was the kid (at clemson??? acc school i think) that became his little brothers guardian after his parents were killed and the ncaa wasnt going to let him play because he took aid money for his brother?

Rick Majerus took Keith Van Horn out for a $10 dinner after his dad had died that night to be the one that had to tell him and the NCAA found it as a violation
