Is there a way to do this and keep the seating grade steep I wonder? Seems like they’d really have to flatten the lower section which kills sight lines

I’d be a little pissed if we put this above revamping the box and the Pmac. Both programs have great things going and both have huge revenue opportunities.

I’m all for downsizing DV for better amenities bud it should be years down the road

Football is king and the most at risk of losing fans in seats if we don’t upgrade

What do we look like in regards to suites? Is there a need for more? Obviously a fully enclosed upper deck is not needed nor would it be possible, but I've always thought having the suites wrap around the north endzone and connect to one another would look bad arse.

Beyond my imagination, they’d have to gut the interior including the ramps… somehow keeping all the support beams intact and then go from there.

Everything else has been redone and that have been talking for years about a north ez renovation. Back 20 years ago it was a big how on closing in the top with it being so close to stadium Dr. Looks like now that the be the biggest and hold the most people race is over with the attendance to the games are changing, they are looking to add some, but add more space in the concourses as well as change the overall layout. Looks almost like an STO section under a new score board.

Adding chair backs would prob decrease seating capacity but it may cancel out if they add more as that one rendering. I would think they would start on the sides and do the rest in different phases. Just my opinion as I really have no clue. I just remember a lot of talk about the north ez expansion

Imo anything they do needs to make the fans closer and more comfortable

I work in the architectural world and renderings line this are just to get funding to move forward. They never reflect what the real product will be.

I’m not convinced this is even real. I think it’s just somebody playing with design software.

Look closely at the monitor and it appears that's coach O leading the team out of the tunnel. So I'm still wondering the source and timeline on these renderings.

I’d rather them renovate the Box first.

Those renderings look like LSU has an eye out for more alternate uses of tiger stadium than just 7 home games and one country music weekend in May each year.

Will they design-build it with exposed sewer piped the hang down and have to be painted brown to hide their incompetence? TAF gonna TAF ya know-

Nothing they have replaced has been an improvement

The baseball stadium was from the beginning lacking in vision and scope
The Tiger cage is a joke- any zoo has similar exhibits- no thought was put into fan interaction or inclusion of previous design ideas-(mural)
You can guarantee that their la k of vision will be in full force for anything done to Tiger stadium

Always wondered why they don’t just add chair backs throughout the stadium. Same for baseball. It just doesn’t seem like it would be that expensive.

They don’t need to. Tickets are selling despite the lack of chair backs.

Nope. Don't like it.

Do NOT want my former dormitory turned into a stinkin' 1980's shopping mall.

It's supposed to be DEATH VALLEY, not Disneyland with a Starbucks. (I swear, somebody is trying to irritate the ghost of Huey Long with this one and cause a very unpleasant haunting of the place!)

(I liked another poster's idea about expanding Mike's cage to include a tunnel over North Stadium Dr. to a viewing window facing the field, allowing Mike to technically "live" in Tiger Stadium. That idea is insane, but undeniably awesome).

Even better, expand it so he can walk all the way to the visitor tunnel in the south end zone.
