I don’t know much about any of this but it seems to me that Elon is either
A) a mad genius
or
B)destroying the company because he’s overreacting to his frick up of buying a shitty overvalued company.

I think it is C
Getting rid of the free loader coat rider hippies who can only do limited work and don’t provide much value.
Cut the fat and keep the actual talented people seems like a good strategy to me.
Edit: no way a platform like Twitter should have some massive staff to run it effectively.

Based on his track record I would say it is a pretty safe bet he knows what he is doing. EXACTLY what he is doing.

Whatever it is, it is going to be interesting to watch. He definitely brings the
dynamic. Is Musk the one (or one of the ones) that predicted AI taking over things? Maybe he's thrown in with it. The less human coders left, the easier it is for the AI to its thing.

Elon knows what he’s doing. He has 40 billion at stake. Not just his money. He’s not going to let it all fade away.
