Horrible music at the end of the clip but SS would never scamper off like fleas on a drowning rat and let the real Joe skip away from a heckler like this. No way.

My guess is one of the guys playing Biden is this guy, Struan Rodger, a little known ancient actor
And this might be the other actor who plays Biden, 82yo Arthur Roberts, who apparently blew his cover with Boris Johnson and then WH staff shut down their meeting. Lots of rumors about Biden crapping his pants and having to get a diaper change. (Imagine that's the cover story, so cringe but it amazingly worked.)
