I don't think their receivers get open like they have the past few seasons, not saying they are bad or anything.

This year has been more Bryce extending the play long enough to find somebody. As far as running the ball, Gibbs is elite and has extremely quick feet so if it does rain at least it may slow his cuts down a bit.

They are still a better passing team than running team. Pay attention more.

You really are clueless little buddy. They’re ranked like 40th in passing offense.

It all depends on the timing of the front coming through. The latest GFS has it moving out of the area just in time for kickoff but it could bump up a little bit or be delayed.

The timing sucks all around. It's rained for what, like 2 days in the last month and a half, but we're getting it just in time for the biggest home game of the year? I wouldn't mind a brief shower or two, but we're looking at widespread heavy rain.

Well luckily in south Louisiana and 5 days before the game. Could see it changing quite a bit by Friday.

Hey Geauxdawgs,
What part of SC are you in?
I travel to the tigers games from the Anderson/Greenville area.

Charleston! Love it down here. Always saw myself moving back to LA but the lowcountry has a similar feel

Weather Forecast for Saturday

This is either a bye week worthy thread OR a Saturday right before tRant gets locked down worthy thread.... not a 5 days out worthy thread though.

They've whiffed on the last 2 ran predictions.

Every run of both the Euro and GFs the last 2 days has had the front coming in earlier than the previous run

Also most of the time the model is later than when the front actually moves in

Like today in my area rain wasn't supposed to start until late afternoon and it started at 8am

The encouraging thing though is that over the past few runs, it has sped up that line so hopefully that trend continues.

That's all the encouragement I need. I'm not even bringing a rain coat

You sure? I’m seeing “scattered storms in the evening becoming more widespread overnight”

Well I put the graphic up and you can see on that run rain moving out of the area just prior to kickoff. Your weather app isn't going to change wording at the drop of a hat. They lag behind model runs (for good reason). Also, the scattered showers they are talking about don't start popping up until midnight and later.

The 12z GFS just ran and has the timing just about the same (if anything slightly earlier) but it dropped the rain totals in the surrounding areas (just about the same for BR).

Temps down a few degrees for kick off as well.

The front isn’t going to move through. It’s supposed to stall through Sunday.
