I say no.
LSU never gets the "recognition" LSU fans think they should get. With that said, LSU has had a decent run since Saban came along, but it has been up and down.
I think we are seeing the beginning of a good run now, but I wouldn't include them in the blue blood list.

Yes! We have won more National Titles than anyone other than the team not named in the last 25 years! That makes us a Blue Blood!

I've always felt that the people polls have not given LSU any benefit of the doubt in regards to the ranking respect it deserved. I always felt that after a loss to Bama then LSU was taken out to the dust bin by the pollsters.
Having said that, during the BCS era, the Computers loved, loved, loved LSU.
