Most of the incidents in my little town took place in middle school.
Girl got caught in the bathroom with a broom handle and a condom....
Someone stuffed the sinks in the gym with paper towels over Christmas break, flooded the gym, band room, and choir room.
Two girls got in a fight and the bigger one slammed the others face into an exit sign multiple times, blood everywhere in the hall.
Only high school one was one of our classmates got caught sleeping with a black boy, and she got sent to an all girls school for the rest of the year.

During the last week of final exams several buckets of crickets were set loose in the school and all you could hear in a quiet class taking exams were crickets making their little noises. Last day of school several greased pigs were let loose in the school and it was a free for all trying to catch them. One year a good friend of mine (two years older) rode his dirt bike down two different main halls in the school and had friends waiting at the side door to let him out. Several years in a row on the last day there were bleach burnouts on the road in front of the school. Tons of white smoke. There was a huge food fight back when we first got milkshakes. It was great and I was right in the middle of it. I do remember notable fights, one specifically where a guy tried to stab our quarterback in the shoulder but was grabbed by one of the linebackers on our team. That linebacker later played at LSU and then with the Redskins for a couple of years. Fun times!

My freshman year in Florida a senior got drunk at a party and fingered a cat. They used to do a senior awards show that was put on by the seniors and was kind of like a roast with gag gifts. I assume it's been canceled with todays culture. Anyways, they gave him a calendar with different cat photos for each month. The auditorium went fricking bonkers. Teachers were probably confused. Every student knew.

I grew up in a small farming town with a population of around 2,000
While I was in HS: When I was a freshman, the seniors let a bunch of chickens and pigs loose in the school as their senior prank
When I was out of HS: Male middle school teacher got caught having sex with a HS girl and filming it. I think he did 10-15 years. .

The absolute best football player, a RB, was arrested and kicked out of school for smoking weed at a party.. this was early 90s
The students were called into an assembly in the gym, and the narc (posing as a student) was standing at half court with some admin and some LEOs.. started calling out names of people that were smoking at a party and took them away

A couple dudes who got out of line got their arse beat by priests or coaches. That's about it. FAFO was basically the catholic all boys HS motto. Since we were probably too old to be diddled, they just beat us when we acted up.

Can't really think of one for high school, but a couple of "The Incidents" come to mind from middle school:
-Suicide pact in which a couple of kids hung themselves within a week of each other
-Someone set one of the bathrooms on fire on the last day of school. Early dismissal, ended up not taking one of my final exams

Guy at at high school tried to murder everyone at Fist Baptist Church youth group with cyanide he had stolen from chemistry lab store room. He sprinkled it on a dessert his mom had made, but his dad forgot to take the dessert to the e fellowship hall. The family ate the dessert while he was at youth group. The mother died. His dad and sister got very sick but survived.

My classmates were interviewed by the FBI for being a part of illegal gambling with Las Vegas bookies. Around 30 of my classmates were taken out of various classes during the day. The ringleader had spreadsheets with names and numbers. One of my classmates had a $10K debt to bookies. This was in the 10th grade.

There was a big fight at Senior Week in Wildwood, NJ with the class ahead of me. One kid was picked up, and the people sho picked him up we’re going to carry him out of the kitchen and off a 2nd story balcony. He grabbed a steak knife from the counter, flailed wildly, and caught a kid right in the heart and killed him.
Most of the class was at the party, friendships were ended depending on perspective and trial testimony. It was a sad time.
Junior year at Penn State, my ex wife’s identical twin sister was at my apartment as she was dating my roommate, my ex was studying abroad. The news came on, and she went white when the lead story ran. The news was John DuPont killed someone on his farm with a helicopter shot of the barns. My ex grew up on the DuPont estate, her father was DuPont’s horse trainer and farm manager. We thought he had killed their father with the initial reports. Later we learned it was Dave Shultz. But, in the era of no cell phones, it was very tense few hours not knowing what was going on.
Most of the class was at the party, friendships were ended depending on perspective and trial testimony. It was a sad time.
