Doesnt appear they mattered despite the fact you think they did

Company only grew

Fire 99% of them. Pay the rest handsomely but less than the bloat total plus smaller space and departments needed.

Couple dozen people seem to have been the only ones cranking out any real work over there.

Let the rest sleep on the streets in San Fran they love so much.
