First off I think AJ is an idiot. But he has a right to express his opinion however dumb it is on a show. Yeah, you want to get into someone whose lies really hurt people, look at Fauci. Alex’s hurt a few dozen. His lies have led to the deaths of six million plus people (and I’m being very light on that figure given the other allegations). Where’s his trial? It’s not going to be where Alex can calmly walk out of the courtroom. Someone is going to attempt to shoot Fauci over the course of his trial.

Let’s say the verdict of this case is correct and AJ should be liable.
Then shouldn’t all the media heads, politicians, etc who claim that cops, or white people in general, are racist or that there is widespread systemic racism that causes all the black community’s problems be held liable for any racial based attacks on white people by minorities? Should they be liable for the damages caused by riots when they stoke the flames before facts come out?
If you agree that AJ is liable you should agree the above should be liable. Otherwise you’re a hack who just wants to silence and punish someone you disagree with
