I can’t remember exactly what happened, but Tennessee WR Bru McCoy signed with USC and enrolled but only lasted 17 days. Transferred to UTx and went through spring camp and decided to transfer back to USC. He played in 20 and got dismissed for domestic violence(charged, but later dropped) and then transferred to Tennessee. So this kid has transferred 3 times and he’s in his third year of college and played two seasons.

Do we all forget the problems that the honey Badger had as a college student. He did not fully clean up until the summer of the draft. He was a good person who was still scraping to leave “the past” and except his future. I am all for second chances with a tight leash.

As an outsider looking in, the juice is not worth the squeeze

He didn't opt out after an all world year like Chase did. Yall are on something if you think he's getting taken that high without playing another snap.

He’s played in 5 of 6 games for Alabama. Yeah, he’s not starting, but he is going to the NFL. That’s a guarantee

I don’t think either of Alabama’s starting CBs are draft eligible .

If Ricks were to come back to LSU, I do not believe he would give 100% for an entire season and commit to being a TEAM player. Essentially, he would be a distraction to the coaches and other players.

Earlier this year, a reporter asked Saban why Ricks was not on the 1st string defense and seeing more playing time on the field. Saban replied that Ricks needed to grow up, and work on his maturity and responsibility issues. It's obvious that Ricks has fallen into Saban's doghouse and better players on the roster have passed him up. Ricks is sending smoke signals to see if LSU has any interest in him coming back.

Ricks left LSU to chase rings and be a groupie. Perfect example how the grass isn't always greener on the other side of the fence.

He's gonna go pro more than likely but he got a good life lesson and hopefully he applies that to the next level

He already transferred once. He’s not transferring as a Junior and sitting out a year to play here.

I mean he's sitting a year right now anyway.

He made a decision based on instant gratification (NIL $$$) instead of playing for DBU and going pro after this year. Now he burned his instant transfer and isn't playing a lot. Life is about choices. He chose wrong.

Chapter closed when he left campus. Book sealed and buried.

Move along, Mr. Ricks.

He plays in mop up duty and it's all because of his pathetic attitude. He isn't going in the early rounds to can book than.

What a waste but he deserves it.
